No, there are no hidden charges. Rates quoted already include standard inclusions of skincare, false lashes, eyebrow trimming & artist’s transport to your first location.

It is not recommended to use trial for PWS/ROM. The purpose of trial is to try on different makeup and hair looks and make any adjustments before your actual day. We will be trying 1 makeup look on half the face and another look on the other half of the face.

For hair, we will be trying out the number of looks included in the package. For example, 2 hairstyles for Charm Plus & Allure, 3 hairstyles for Allure Plus.

If clients decide to use trial for PWS/ROM, an additional top-up of $100 will apply.

Trial takes 3 hours.

Both actual day and pre-wedding photoshoot makeovers are considered bridal makeovers.

For bridal makeovers, hair and makeup are significantly more detailed. We use specialized techniques to make sure the look lasts longer, so the bride looks beautiful even after many hours.

Because of this, bridal makeovers take twice as much time to complete—about 3 hours per look—compared to 1.5 hours for a standard makeover.

Standard makeovers are intended for family members, wedding entourage, corporate shoots, or casual sessions like family portraits, maternity shoots, or photos with pets.

A large variety of brands are used, and products in our kit are regularly changed as we love trying and buying new cosmetics.

As someone who suffers from acne-prone and sensitive skin myself, I understand the importance of having high hygiene standards. I use disposable tools whenever possible, and brushes are washed after every appointment.

Also, all our rates & surcharges are transparent and clearly stated, ensuring client’s peace of mind without any surprises.

1. Contact us via the contact form or WhatsApp/Telegram +65 8882 9212 for any enquiries.

2. Provide appointment details: date & time to be ready by, number of pax requiring makeover, type of makeover required.

3. If the schedule is not confirmed yet, you may book a tentative timing & adjust it closer to the date (subject to artist’s availability).

4. Feel free to ask any questions & clarify any doubts. Inform us when you wish to confirm the booking.

5. An invoice with the payment methods (Paynow/Paylah/Google Pay) will be generated. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the slots.

6. After deposit is received, a calendar invite will be sent with the appointment details.

7. We will reach out again around 1 week before the appointment date to confirm the details & send a pre-appointment care guide.

If you have any preferred makeup and hairstyle, feel free to send reference pictures over before the appointment.

For packages with trial, feel free to let us know if you have a preferred trial date. Otherwise, artist will reach out approximately 1-2 months before Actual Day appointment to schedule trial.

Due to the hectic work schedule of artist on weekends, trials are generally done on weekdays day time. Should the client require to have the trial session on a weekday evening or weekend, please inform us in advance and it will be subjected to artist’s availability.

Our rates are subject to revision every 6 - 12 months depending on inflation, gst increase etc.

We recommend interested clients to book as early as possible to secure our current rates.
